Founded in 2008 INVENTTECH LTD. started out as a company, which designs and implements control systems according to the requirements of its customers in various industry sectors. One of our first projects was an essential oils distillery, packaging machines for the food and tobacco industry.
In 2012 in response to the requirements of its customers, INVENTTECH LTD. began to manufacture machines with an unconventional and special application. Thanks to the vast experience gained from different developments, INVENTTECH LTD. manufactures machines packing in pre-made pouch and horizontal packing HFFS (Horizontal Form Fill Seal).
The process starts by unwinding a foil roll, formation of a pouch, filling with content, which could be as diverse as possible until sealing the pouch and bringing it to a finished market-ready state. The pouches are formed automatically in preset dimensions and design and attaching a zipper is possible as well. Sealing the pouch can be carried out by temperature, ultrasound or inductively.
The machine is driven by servo motors. Each packaging machine is equipped by a dosing unit, which automatically fills the set quantity of product. The filling process is carried out through an opening in the upper part of the package.
The grabbers, respectively the packages are moved by the conveyer transport system which provides the movement through the different stages of the process – from forming the package until sealing it and reaching the desired productivity of 60 packages per minute.
An additional time for filling is ensured by the rotation filling station.
The machine has been created so that it can be reformatted very quickly. This allows for a great flexibility of the production process.

The machines manufactured by INVENTTECH Ltd can support the PackML/ TR88.02.00 standard, which makes them absolutely compatible with any system that supports this standard. PackML or Packaging Machine Language was introduced as early as 2003. This standard allows the exchange of information between different machines in one production facility. INVENTTECH Ltd offers setting up SCADA systems for overall management and monitoring of production. They allow for local and remote control of the parameters of automated technological processes. The platform we use allows for holistic monitoring, data collection and processing in real time, as well as event recording. This system can directly communicate and interact with field devices via a human-machine interface. INVENTTECH Ltd offers a holistic solution for production management and monitoring.
